We could not be more pleased with the two men, Cody and Houston, that came to our home and did a fantastic job. They were professional, respectful, informative and kind. We had an odd situation with an unusable fireplace and a purposely blocked flue that collected debris for at least 20 years. In all the stuff they pulled out an adolescent squirrel was discovered inside the fireplace. They blocked the squirrel in with one of their tarps, then duct taped it down until I could get a wildlife expert to come and capture it. That guy was very impressed with how Cody and Huston helped us out as much as they could without compromising their company guidelines concerning animals. Mid-Valley Chimney you have two valuable employees. We recommend this company and them highly!

Mid-Valley rebuilt the top 10 rows of my chimney & 8 shoulders plus applied PCR treatment to remove creosote and applied Heatshield cerfractory sealant to the flue lining. Finding matching brick was not possible so they had to stain darker bricks lighter to create a fairly close color match (but not exact). Since the work required many skills, we met a lot of Mid-Valley staff (tear down group, brick laying, staining, chimney cleaning). All were very professional and courteous. They took before and after pictures of the outside and inside of our chimney pointing out areas of gaps & voids. They kept us in the loop when they needed guidance or offered suggestions so we would be satisfied with their work. However, I recommend getting all components of the job priced out in writing before starting the job, as we experienced a mismatch between a verbal estimate and final price. I would recommend Mid-Valley to others.
