Relining With HeatShield®
Liner damages can lower your system’s efficiency, create fire hazards, and even trigger gas and smoke leaks. Fortunately, we can repair your system with HeatShield®
Jerry Williams
They did an excellent job inspecting and rebuilding my chimney. The crews really care about their work and do a great job! Don’t look anywhere else if you have a chimney issue! They are the best! Thanks guys!
Joint Repair System
With the Joint Repair system, we’ll put the HeatShield® Cerfractory® Flue Sealant mixture into each gap, crack, or void with the use of a custom-made foam applicator.
This is best for systems where the damage isn’t too extensive, consisting of just a few damaged or missing mortar joints.
resurfacing System
If the damage is a bit more intense, but the system is otherwise structurally sound, then the Resurfacing System may be more appropriate.
In these cases, the HeatShield® product is applied in a similar manner as the Joint Repair System, only a full layer is added to the length of the flue. Cameras are then snaked up to verify that all looks good.
CeCure® Sleeve Relining System
If the damage is too substantial for either method – or if the liner is missing altogether – we may need to reline with the CeCure® Sleeve Relining System.
The CeCure® Sleeve is a thin, stainless-steel enforced, ceramic insulation that is sandwiched between two coats of the Cerfractory® Flue Sealant. Once we’re done, you’re guaranteed quality protection.
